We commit to developing Quality Management Systems based on customer service, process approach, lean manufacturing principles and clear metrics.

Quality System
Member’s manufacturing and service operations are registered to a number of internationally recognized quality standards, including ISO 9000. Those that have not already achieved ISO 9000 are fully engaged in the qualification and registration process. Quality standards achieved by members include ISO 9000, Lean Certification, ASME (U, PP, R stamps), N286-95 (Nuclear), and various Canada Welding Bureau stamps. Our operations are continuously looking to upgrade their registrations and will meet customer requirements. Continuous Improvement and Customer Satisfaction
Continuous improvement at Associated Manufacturing is an integral part of our culture. One of the key strategies of all our manufacturing locations is to constantly improve our processes. Our manufacturing sites are developing quality tool kits that will include Statistical Process Control, Lean Manufacturing, and Process Improvements to help us meet our objective. Key to this is to focus on customer satisfaction measurements to determine our performance in the marketplace.
